2016 第二届深圳国际海报节征集

深圳国际海报节是由深圳市福田区政府提供支持的一项公益性宣传文化发展项目。创办于2015年，是一个面向全球的海报设计双年展活动，也是深圳乃至中国第一个以海报节庆为形式的专业设计盛典。2016年第二届深圳国际海报节将于12月在国家级美术馆——深圳市关山月美术馆举行，以后每两年举办一次。
第二届深圳国际海报节汇集来自全世界顶尖设计师和新锐力量的Z新海报设计成果，以“设计改变未来”为宗旨，鼓励设计的颠覆与创新，呈现当下海报设计在文化、社会、商业以及新媒体领域的互动与应用，为中国海报设计的未来与设计跨界提供实验性创作的平台，促进平面设计界和设计教育机构国际间的合作与交流。
本届海报节海报竞赛邀请国际杰出的平面设计艺术家组成评审小组，将严格按照国际惯例评选专业组和学生组共四个组别的奖项，并颁发奖金。所有获奖作品及入围作品将获得在深圳市关山月美术馆展出，展览期间将举办一系列学术讲座及研讨等活动，以此拓展展览的学术成果。

专业人士：
2016深圳国际海报节欢迎全球的专业设计师及设计机构参与竞赛；参赛作品可由任何参与创作的公司或个人提交；本届评审团成员所参与的任何作品将不具备参赛资格。
学生：
艺术设计院校在读大学生、研究生及以上学历的学生均有本组别的参赛资格。参赛作品必须是对“生活”专题进行创作的作品。学生作品奖将作为单独组别进行评选，评审标准及评审委员与专业组别相同。

奖项设立
将由5位国际杰出平面设计专家组成的专业评审小组从所有入围奖作品中评选出全场大奖、各类别的金奖、银奖及铜奖作品,并获得组委会颁发的奖金。同时，所有入选作品将均获得组委会颁发的参展证书，并被收录到《第二届深圳国际海报节作品集》。

奖项公布
第二届深圳国际海报节设计竞赛入围作品名单将于2016年11月30日前在深圳国际海报节微信、竞赛官方网站及合作媒体上公布。竞赛获奖结果将于2016年12月公布，并于开幕当天的SIPF2016颁奖仪式上对奖项给予颁发。
参赛规则
第二届深圳国际海报节参赛作品必须是2013年10月以后创作的作品。海报可由胶版印刷、丝网印刷或数码印刷完成。彩色喷墨作品、写真作品谢绝递交。
作品尺寸：不小于36.4X51.5cm；不大于120X180 cm。
参赛背签必须以印刷体电脑填写，贴于作品背面右下角。（标签可以从官方网站上下载，标签可复印）。
参赛表格必须以电脑填写，参赛表格必须由参赛者本人亲笔签名，并随作品一同寄往组委会。表格填写模糊者将被取消参赛资格。作品一旦入选展览，参赛表格的个人信息将成为《第二届深圳国际海报节作品集》的宝贵资料。
参赛作品Z多不超过五件，系列作品按单件计。
每件参赛作品一式二份，无需装裱。请妥善包装以免造成运送中作品损害。组委会对于寄送途中遭到损坏的作品概不负责。
所有参赛作品必须以“无商业价值印刷品”的形式寄达。组委会将不接受任何在邮寄票证中写入商业标价的参赛作品。
所有收到的参赛作品，一概不予退回，送件者请自付作品运送费用。
对于本次海报竞赛展评选出的作品，将成为深圳国际海报节组委会财产，组委会享有对作品重印、拍照、出版、宣传推广、展览、收藏等权利。
送件者作品若有侵犯抄袭或知识产权等相关争议或展出时造成法律纠纷，送件者需自负所有法律责任。
所有参赛作品与参赛表格必须以电子文件形式发送到指定邮箱：ipfsz@vip.163.com。 电子文件技术参数为：作品A4大小，精度350dpi，文件格式：JPG的RGB格式，文件命名格式为：

史蒂芬 · 邦迪 Stephan Bundi Gra-k
AGI成员，2006年至2010年担任瑞士国际设计联盟的主席。1956年出生于瑞士施坦斯，1984年就读于瑞士卢塞恩艺术设计学院，平面设计专业。1992年起，开始从事平面设计和摄影工作。其以文化事业为主题的海报和摄影作品在国际上获得很多的奖项和好评。麦修·伊伯登在瑞士多家大学如卢塞恩、伯尔尼和苏黎世教授平面设计和摄影课程，同时还是德国卡尔斯鲁厄设计学院、柏林艺术大学（2004-2007）的客座教授，他本人也多次被邀请在世界各地做演讲。
AGI member and president of AGI-Switzerland since 2006.Melchior Imboden was born in Stans, Switzerland, in 1956. His posters, many of which deal with the cultural sphere, have been honoured with numerous national and international awards. he teaches both graphic design and photography. He has been a university lecturer for photography in Bern and has also taught at various universities in Lucerne, Bern and Zurich. He has been invited to give guest lectures abroad.In addition, he taught graphic design and photography for several semesters in Karl-sruhe. From 2004 to 2007 he taught graphic design and photography as a guest pro-fessor at the Berlin University of the Arts.

麦修 · 伊伯登 Melchior Imboden
AGI成员，瑞士AGI主席（2010 - ）Stephan Bundi在全球不同的艺术与设计学院担任视觉传达的客座教授与讲师，并在多地举办讲座和工作坊。同时他是伯尔尼艺术大学的教授（1999-2013）。Stephan Bundi在世界各地举办过个展，经常参加国际性重要海报展览并多次担任国际性赛事的评委。曾获得包括芝加哥、墨西哥、比利时蒙斯、纽约、保加利亚索非亚、维也纳等比赛的金奖、以及华沙国际平面设计联合会大奖和瑞士海报年奖等。作品被全球各大博物馆收藏。
AGI member and president of AGI-Switzerland.He has taught at several universities, held lectures and workshops around the worldand was a professor at Bern University of the Arts (1999–2013).Bundi has had one-man shows and exhibitions all over the world. Since the 1980s，he has regularly taken part in the most important international poster exhibitions and has been member of many international juries. Bundi won first prizes in Chicago,Mexico, Mons (Belgium), New York, Sofia, Vienna, the ICOGRADA ExcellenceAward in Warsaw and several times the Swiss Poster Award. His posters are part ofpublic collections worldwide.

靳  埭强 Kan Tai-keung
AGI成员，1942年生于广东番禺，1957年定居香港。靳氏的作品在本地及海外获奖无数，受高度评价。作品常展出海外各地，多次举行个人展览，更被香港文化博物馆、广东美术馆、深圳关山月美术馆、英国维多利亚和阿尔伯特博物馆、丹麦海报博物馆、汉堡博物馆、巴黎装饰艺术博物馆等收藏。曾任汕头大学长江艺术与设计学院创院院长、现出任荣誉院长。
Kan was born in 1942.his works have earned him numerous awards. His works arewidely collected by museums and private collectors. In 1993 he was selected byIDEA as one of the 100 World's Graphic Designers. In 2005 he was the first Asian tobe listed in Who's Who in GraphicDesign of Switzerland. Kan was conferred the Honour of Bronze Bauhinia Star (1999) and later the Honor of Silver Bauhinia Star(2010).With his concern for the future generation, Mr Kan fervently advocates art anddesign education for all. Now, he is also a member of the Alliance Graphique Inter-nationale, an advisor of the Leisure & Cultural Services Department, and the honor-ary advisor of Hong Kong Museum of Art.

布洛克特 · 霍恩 Brockett Horne
知名设计师、教育专家和作家。现为美国马里兰艺术学院平面设计系主任，主要教授设计突破及挑战课程。曾多次参加国际性展览并荣获多个设计奖项，作品被罗德岛艺术博物馆永久馆藏。鼓励观众在观察中不断学习是她创作灵感的来源。服务客户包括巴尔的摩艺术博物馆，约翰霍普金斯大学，马里兰历史学会、Taproot基金会等。Horne曾是扶轮社国际学者，拥有卡内基梅隆大学学士、及罗徳岛设计学院艺术史和平面设计硕士学位。
Brockett Horne is a designer, educator, and writer. She serves as chair of graphic design at MICA, where she teaches fierce sophomores and daring juniors. She has been exhibited and honored with multiple design awards, is a past Rotary International Scholar, and has work in the permanent collection of the RISD Museum of Art.Her creative work is inspired by a desire to encourage the spectator to learn whilelooking. Clients include the Baltimore Museum of Art, Johns Hopkins University,Maryland Historical Society, and the Taproot Foundation, among others.She holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MFA from Rhode Island School of Design (with double thesae in art history and graphic design).

彼得 · 班可夫Peter Bankov
1969年出生于明思克，现居布拉格。先后在明斯克艺术学院和莫斯科国立印刷大学接受雕塑与书籍设计教育。1997年成立设计工作室DesignDepot，并在知名俄罗斯设计杂志担任总编辑。彼得·班克夫作品曾多次参加国际性竞赛及展览，获得大小近200个奖项，其中主要包括：2015年意大利海报双年展金奖、2015科罗拉多海报双年展金奖、2014年金蜜蜂双年展评审奖、2014年俄罗斯斯特列尔卡金奖等。他的作品在纽约现代艺术博物馆、德国奥芬巴赫柯林斯伯博物馆、荷兰莫蒂图像博物馆、巴黎装饰艺术博物馆、芬兰拉赫蒂海报博物馆获永久馆藏。
Peter Bankov was born in Minsk in1969.  last 5 years he has been living between Moscow and Prague.In 1997 he organized Design Depot and edited the KAK design magazine in Moscow. Around 200 of awards have dropped on Peter by now. Main awards: Gold prize from Italian Posters Biennale 2015;Gold prize from Colorado Poster Biennale 2015;Jury prize from Golden Bee Biennale 2014;Gold prize fromStrelka/Russia 2014.Museum Permanent collections: Modern Art at MoMA(USA);Klingspor Museum Offenbach (Germany); Museum of the Image (MOTI) (Nether-lands); Les Arts Décoratifs (France) and Lahti Poster Museum (Finland).

赵  健Zhao Jian 
设计艺术学博士，现任清华大学视觉传达设计系教授、主任，博士及硕士研究生导师。中国美术家协会会员，国际平面设计师联盟－AGI成员。艺术设计作品和学术论文广泛地发表于国内外众多学术刊物之中，多次在国际及国内重要专业展览中荣获多种奖项。个人设计艺术成就被编入Meggs’ History of Graphic Design（《Meggs’平面设计史》）第五版。曾出版专著《范式革命：中国现代书籍设计的发端（1862-1937）》。
Zhao Jian holds a Doctor degree of art and design, now serves as head of the Department of Visual Communication Design, Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University. he is also a master and doctoral supervisor, member of Alliance of Graphic International and member of Chinese Artists Association. Doctor Zhao’s numerous design works and academic thesis widely published in journals domestic and oversea, he has been honored with multiple design awards in the most important national and international exhibitions. He was included into fifth edition of Meggs’ History of Graphic Design for his distinguished achievement in art and design. He has published his monograph The Beginning of Chinese Modern Book Design Paradigm(1862-1937).

蒋  华 Hua Jiang
1973年生于舟山，幼习传统艺文。1996年开始以图形设计为支点的策展、观照与实践。中央美术学院设计学院副教授，IGDB宁波国际设计双年展策展人，AGI国际平面设计联盟会员。
Jiang Hua, PhD, was born in Zhoushan, Zhejiang in 1973. He started to study traditional culture and Chinese art since childhood. From 1996 till now, he has been focusing on curating, criticism and practice on the base of graphic design. Jiang Hua is a professor of Design School, CAFA (Central Academy of Fine Arts), the founder and curator of IGDB (Ningbo International Graphic Design Biennial), and an AGI member.

陈平波 Chen Pingbo
Chen Pingbo Graphic Design Consulting创作总监，倡导生活、设计、美学之相互作用，用设计思维把对生活的理解延伸至作品载体之中。长期以来专注于平面设计、空间设计、品牌创作及艺术策展活动。作品曾获“第八届全国书籍设计艺术展”佳作奖、优异奖等、“香港设计师协会奖”、“平面设计在中国”优异奖、美国纽约字体俱乐部TDC57优异奖，作品多次入选“法国肖蒙国际海报双年展”、“捷克布尔诺国际海报设计双年展”、日本东京字体俱乐部TDC及香港海报三年展等。作品被国际多家美术馆收藏。现为深圳国际海报节执行主席，美国TDC及SGDC会员。
As a designer and art director active in the field of graphic design, brand creation, Crossover design and curating, Pingbo Chen practically combines design esthetics with life comprehending in his works. He has regularly participated in the most important international poster exhibitions, and honored with awards such as merit prize of Graphic Design Exhibition of Beijing, merit prizes of HKDA Awards,Typographic Excellence in the Annual TDC Exhibition, Excellence Award in GDC in China; Excellence in Brno Biennial of Graphic Design and Chaumont Poster and Graphic Design Festival , Silver Award and Excellence Award in the 8th National Exhibition of Book Design in China.Part of his works were permanently collected by local and overseas museum.

张达利 Dali Zhang
1960年生于中国西安，曾任两届深圳平面设计协会副主席，现任深圳市平面设计协会学术委员。西安美术学院、广西艺术学院、吉林艺术大学等客座教授，多次出任国内及港澳地区各种创意设计大赛评委。曾获得：2012年香港设计师协会环球设计大赛金奖、评委奖、优秀奖等;2008年“首届中国设计艺术大展”铜奖2项;2005－2011年“ＧＤＣ平面设计在中国”大赛铜奖及优秀奖;2003年“ＧＤＣ平面设计在中国”大赛,全场大奖、金奖1项、评审奖;1997年“第三届波兰国际电脑设计艺术双年奖”全场大奖;1996、1998年两届“香港设计双年展”获评委奖2项、铜奖优秀奖;1996年首届华人设计大赛”金奖1项、银奖1项、铜奖2项、评委奖;2003－2012年作品多次入选日本东京字体设计协会ＴＤＣ奖;作品多次入选日本富山国际海报展，华沙国际海报展，墨西哥国际海报展，香港国际海报展。
Born in 1960 in Xi'an, China. Graduated from the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 1987. Former vice chairman of Shenzhen Graphic Design Association (two times). Incumbent Shenzhen Graphic Design Association Academic Committee. Visiting Profes- sor of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, Guangxi Arts Institute, Jilin Art University. Partici- pated as a creative design contest judges in Hong Kong and Macao many times.

區德誠Benny Au
Amazing Angle Design设计总监。Benny对纸张和印刷于平面设计的运用经验丰富，曾担任香港多间纸业公司之顾问。此外，亦不时为国际性设计比赛及讲座作评选委员及演讲嘉宾。作品被国际多间美术馆收藏，并屡获本地及海外之设计奖项。2012年获香港Time Out 杂志选为「The Design Hot 25 - 你必须要认识的25位香港设计师」之一，2008年获香港传艺中心颁发十大杰出设计师大奖。现为香港设计师协会、东京字体指导协会及日本平面设计师协会会员。
Based in Hong Kong, Benny is the Design Director of Amazing Angle Design.With his rich experience in the use of print technique and paper with graphic design,Benny has been consultant to various paper companies in Hong Kong. From time to time, he is invited to judge and speak for international design competitions & seminars. Benny’s works are collected by museums and galleries worldwide, and have received numerous local and overseas creative awards. In 2012, Benny was named by Time Out Hong Kong as one of "'The Design Hot 25' – the 25 Hong Kong Designers You Need to Know", and he was awarded Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Designer in 2008.  Benny is currently a member of Hong Kong Designers Association, Tokyo Type Directors Club and Japan Graphic Designers Association.
