Cultural and Natural Heritage Day

2022年6月11日是我国第17个文化和自然遗产日，国家文物局发布主题“文物保护：时代共进人民共享”。文化和自然遗产日的前身是文化遗产日，2016年更名，定于每年六月的第二个星期六，其间，全国各地会举办丰富多彩的主题活动，提高全民文化遗产保护意识，传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化。

June 11 marks China's 17th Cultural and Natural Heritage Day. Protecting cultural and natural heritage is key to China's cultural development. The festival, whose name was changed in 2016 from the former Cultural Heritage Day, is held on the second Saturday of every June. During celebrations, various thematic activities will be organized throughout China to raise awareness of cultural heritage protection among all sectors of society.
