“灯塔” 国际公益影像节特别设置了专项奖，希望以兹鼓励影像创作者展示作品、学习交流并共同推动公益性事业。
In order to encourage high quality film works with innovation values, Lighthouse International Charity Film Festival will reward them with special prizes and exhibit their works, to develop global communications and promote charity.

“灯塔”是谁？
WHO WE ARE?

由中央美术学院，中国少年儿童文化艺术基金会联合主办，共同发起的“灯塔国际公益影像节”将于2019年3月30日至4月5日在中央美术学院举行, 本届影像节将分为展映与竞赛、学术论坛、公益画展等多个板块。其中学术论坛部分以关注自闭症和艺术治疗为主题，借助影像作品的展映和竞赛为对话媒介，进行国际范围的交流与探讨。组委会将邀请国内外艺术领域、教育领域、心理学领域、医疗领域的专家学者，共同展开跨领域学术对话，从社会认知，特殊教育，艺术干预，设计干预等多方面来展开研讨。

“灯塔”国际公益影像节将从全世界范围内的高校学生及艺术家中征集影像作品，旨在搭建影像创作的国际学术交流平台，希望通过公益影像节的形式提高社会大众对特殊群体的认知与关注。

作为对影像创作者的鼓励与支持，影像节将给获奖作品颁发证书及奖金。影像节期间将有来自世界各地知名院校的优秀作品展映、学术交流及论坛，并设置大师工作坊，给年轻的影像爱好者提供国际对话平台，在影像的魅力中，共同探讨艺术创作和社会议题，助力公益事业的健康发展。

“灯塔”国际公益影像节将成为Z具影响力的高水平国际影像节，是公益事业发展中不可或缺的力量。

Jointly hosted by the Central Academy of Fine Arts(CAFA) and the China Foundation of Culture and Arts for Children(CFCAC), the “Lighthouse International Charity Film Festival” will be held from March 30th to April 5th, 2019 at Central Academy of Fine Arts(CAFA) in Beijing, including Film Screening, In Competition, Academic Forum and Art Exhibitions. The Academic Forum focuses on autism and art therapy, and uses the art exhibitions and competition of films as the media to facilitate international communication and discussion. The organizing committee will invite global experts and scholars of the fields of art, education, psychology and medicine to an interdisciplinary academic dialogue. The conversation will explore social cognition, special education, art interventions, design interventions, clinical applications and other topics all around the world.

Lighthouse International Charity Film Festival is an academic platform for international communications and submissions all around the world are acceptable. We believe Lighthouse will draw attention to Autism and raise awareness of the special population.

In order to encourage excellent and innovative filmmakers, Lighthouse International Charity Film Festival will reward them with pirzes.

Beyond film screening and academic communications, we also establish Master Workshops for young filmmakers. We hope this festival can be a platform for international communications, so we can discuss art and social issues together for good causes.

We remain faithful to make Lighthouse International Charity Film Festival sustainable, high-standard and influential which can be an indispensable force to promote charity.

Animated video must be under 30 minutes long (including credits).
实拍影片作品时长不限
Live-action films has no running time limit.

影片制作时间

影片必须是在2016年1月1日之后完成制作。
Films have to be produced after 1st January 2016.

影片题材
Film Theme
接受实拍或以各种动画手段创作的影片，影片作品类型不限，但不包括商业MV和广告。
All kinds of animated films are welcomed, but we do not accept commercial MVs and advertising films.

影片语言
Language
参赛作品的语言不限，但要求配有英文字幕。
All films must be presented with English subtitles.

Declaration
1.参赛作品须是参赛者的原创作品，报名作品的作者应确认拥有其参赛作品的著作权、版权，如发生任何相关的法律纠纷，其法律责任由参赛作者本人承担，“灯塔”国际公益影像节组委会对此造成的后果不承担任何责任。
2.报名作品的作者应确认其报名作品将不会涉及肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等，如发生任何相关的法律纠纷，其法律责任由作者本人承担，“灯塔”国际公益影像节组委会对此造成的后果不承担任何责任。
3.作品一经入围，除不可抗力因素，不得以任何理由退出本年度影像节竞赛及展映单元。
4.为统一放映制式，保证高质量的观影效果，我们将在片单公布后请入围影像作品的作者按当届影展的要求提供规定格式的高质量影片。
5.“灯塔”国际公益影像节组委会保留对所有规则的Z终解释权。

3.Selected filmmakers cannot drop out in the middle of the festival.
4.Inorder to unify the screening system and ensure high-quality viewing, we need selected filmmakers to provide high-quality film according to the requirements of Lighthouse International Charity Film Festival after the release of selected list.
5.The Lighthouse International Charity Film Festival reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
